These bagels are bomb and you’d never know they are gluten free!INGREDIENTS -
- 1/2 C Almond flour
- 1/4 C Cassava flour
- 5 TBL psyllium husks
- 4 eggwhites
- 1 C greek yogurt
- 4 teas baking powder
- 1 teas baking soda
- 1 Tbl monk fruit sweetener
- 1 teas salt - 2 teas apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbl everything but the bagel seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 375•
2. Mix all ingredients using an electric mixer (note dough is pretty stiff and should feel like play dough)
3. Spoon dough into a donut pan (fill to the top of the well - should yield 5 bagels)
4. Cook for 20 minutes
5. Remove from the oven and let cool on a cooling rack
