Chocolate Protein Scones

 


Coming in at zero sugar, 11g of protein, 120 calories & 7 carbs per scone*. 


Pre-heat your oven to 350• and combine these ingredients:
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 scoops of your favorite protein powder (I used the @officialpureprotein chocolate flavor)
  • 1 teas baking powder
  • 2 Tbl monkfruit sweetener
  • 2 Tbl golden monkfruit sweetener
  • 2 teas vanilla extract
  •  2 eggs

•Once mixed, create a disc shape and cut into 8 slices

•Cook for 10 minutes
